Residual Neural Network with Smart Calibration
The valuation model uses an improved residual architecture with skip connections that prevent gradient vanishing and improve training stability. Beyond the raw neural network prediction, the system applies a multi-layer calibration engine: zone multipliers based on real Idealista 2025 data, property type corrections, luxury detection for properties above €2M, and automatic discounts for properties needing renovation. The result is a prediction that is both mathematically sound and market-aware.

The Tenerife AI Valuator is designed as a commercial SaaS product for real estate agents operating in the Canary Islands market. It includes a complete freemium monetization system with four plans — Free, Trial (7 days full access), Basic at €19/month and Premium at €39/month. Agents can manage property portfolios, generate AI-powered descriptions, run mortgage simulations and access market analytics. The system is currently in development with an updated 2025 dataset.
